Location: Jos University Teaching Hospital is tertiary healthcare institution and is affiliated to the
University of Jos, a second generation university in Nigeria. It is situated on the Jos Plateau, which rises up to about 1,280m metres above sea level and has an all year average temperature of 27 degree centigrade

Services: The Gastroenterology and Hepatology unit of the Department of Internal Medicine is a frontline subspecialty training centre in the country, accredited by both the West African College of Physicians and the National Postgraduate Medical College to train specialist in gastroenterology.

Additional services include, diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy, transient elastography, urea breath test, PR for HBV and HCV, DNA and RNA respectively. We offer free screening for hepatitis B and C for all relatives at the bedside of HCC patients.
